Dark Rumm-y

This is a Meyers Rum drink.  It's always good to have the right stuff to offset the dark rum.

2 shots of Meyers Dark Rum
1 shot of Vanilla Rum
1 shot of Banana Rum
1/2 shot of grenadine
fill it with coke and ice.

Makes 1 pint.

XO the Miracle

• half a banana
• 4 ice cubes
• 2 shots of Cruzan Banana Rum
• 2 shots XO Cafe Patron
• 2 shots of Baileys Irish Creme
• 2 shots of Amaretto
• 2 shots of Ponche Caribe

Mix in a blender and garnish with cloves, cinnamon and vanilla.
Makes 3 martini glasses.

3 B's Bailey's Brinleys and Banana rum

I keep forgetting to post our different concoctions. Here is the latest one.

1 shot of Amaretto
1 Shot of coffee rum
1 shot of Bailey's
1 shot of banana rum
2 shots of white rum
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 banana
1/2 Cup of water
2 teaspoons of natural sugar

Makes three pint glasses

Tropical Chiller

Here is my wife's drink.  It was very smooth.  Will have to try this one again.

2 shots of Banana Rum
2 shots of Cruzan white rum
1/4 cup of Tropical Juice (contains apples, oranges, pineapples)
8 ice cubes
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen papaya
1 squirt of agave nectar

Blend until contents are fully mixed and there are no visible chunks.  Serve in a chilled martini glass.  Makes 4 servings.
