XO the Miracle

• half a banana
• 4 ice cubes
• 2 shots of Cruzan Banana Rum
• 2 shots XO Cafe Patron
• 2 shots of Baileys Irish Creme
• 2 shots of Amaretto
• 2 shots of Ponche Caribe

Mix in a blender and garnish with cloves, cinnamon and vanilla.
Makes 3 martini glasses.

2 shots of Baileys
2 shots of white rum
2 shots of banana rum
2 shots of vanilla rum
6 ice cubes
1.5 cups of Ponche Caribe cream
cloves and cinnamon for flavor

Makes 2 drinks

I think it tastes great.  We've had it with both pancakes and breakfast tacos.

BB Milkshake

Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
6 scoops of ice cream
1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 shots of Bailey's Irish Cream
2 shots of Brinley's Vanilla rum

Directions:
Blend ingredients in blender
Serve drink immediately

This recipe makes 2 drinks.
Serve in a BVI Pain Killer cup from Soggy Dollar.  If you do not have one, then service in a plastic 8 ounce cup.
